Processing & Delivery Times (Pacific Time)

  • Orders placed after Friday 2:00 PM (GMT - 8:00), or anytime during the weekend, will be processed starting Monday.

Change of Delivery Address

Cancellation Policy & Address Errors

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not been prepared for shipment. We recommend requesting a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. If the item has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for refund requests.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes can only be considered while the order is still processing.
